Pillar 01 — Deen

Mind

The first pillar. Before the body is conditioned and before gear is acquired, the mind must be anchored. This pillar builds your spiritual foundation through consistent prayer, active remembrance, and the memorisation of the two most essential recitations.

Daily Prayers
Track all five daily prayers — Fajr, Dhuhr, Asr, Maghrib, Isha. Once Ayatul Kursi is memorised, a recitation checkbox is added after each prayer.
Ayatul Kursi
Progressive line-by-line memorisation. One line revealed at a time. Mark it memorised to advance. Audio playback included for pronunciation.
Surah Al-Kahf — First 10 Ayat
Unlocks only after Ayatul Kursi is complete. Same progressive system — one ayah at a time, Arabic with transliteration and translation.

Pillar 02 — Physical

Body

The second pillar. A prepared mind requires a capable body. The 5-week physical protocol builds functional strength, cardiovascular capacity, and from week three, introduces weaponry drills based on what you reported having access to.

Daily Movement
Bodyweight and functional training. Progressive overload across 5 weeks. No equipment required for weeks 1–2.
Weaponry Drills — Week 3+
Unlocks at week 3. Drills are personalised to your onboarding selections — knife, bow, firearm, or hand-to-hand. One focused drill per day.
Weekly Checkpoints
End-of-week assessments to confirm you've hit the physical benchmarks before progressing to the next week.
Wk 1Foundation — baseline movement, mobility, endurance
Wk 2Build — increase volume and intensity
Wk 3Weaponry introduced alongside conditioning
Wk 4Peak output — full protocol daily
Wk 5+Maintenance — daily minimum to hold the standard

Survival

The third pillar. Knowledge and gear that cannot wait until the moment you need them. The survival protocol covers first aid training, tiered gear acquisition, and the practical skills that make the difference when infrastructure fails.

First Aid Curriculum
5-week built-in curriculum covering primary survey, CPR, bleeding control, burns, fractures, choking, anaphylaxis, seizures, and radiation exposure. Or track an external certification if you're taking a course.
Tier 1 Gear — 32 Items
A vetted checklist of 32 essential items across water, shelter, medical, communication, and protection. Acquire one item at a time — checked off permanently when acquired.
Daily Survival Tasks
Week-by-week practical knowledge tasks — water procurement, fire, navigation, shelter, signalling, and more. One per day, building compound knowledge.
Wk 1First aid basics + begin Tier 1 gear acquisition
Wk 2CPR, AED — water and fire skills
Wk 3Wound care, tourniquet — navigation basics
